I provide weekly, 50-minute individual and family sessions to adults and adolescents. Together, we will identify your treatment goals and conceptualize the best way to reach those goals, which will determine the structure and frequency of sessions.
I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing from psychodynamic, somatic and evidence-based treatment models, and can incorporate experiential modes of processing, including art, meditation, and play for children.
While I have experience working alongside clients experiencing a range of issues, my focus includes:
relationship distress
early childhood, recent and/or ongoing trauma
highly sensitive people (HSP)
navigating the perinatal period (preconception through postpartum) and associated triggers and challenges
teenage identity development
grief and loss
anxiety (generalized, situational and specific phobias)
vicarious trauma: other helping professionals
